Return Policy

1. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and undamaged products. If you're not satisfied with your Emmer Kitchen, you may return it for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of use.
• It must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories.

2. Return Process

• Contact our customer service within 30 days of delivery.
• Provide proof of purchase and reason for return.
• Arrange return shipping (buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part).

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the product is received and inspected.

3. Exceptions

Custom or modified versions of the Emmer Kitchen are not eligible for returns unless due to defects.
