1. Limited Warranty

The Emmer Kitchen comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

2. What Is Covered

• Structural integrity of the kitchen module and slide-out mechanism.
• Defects in components such as hinges, handles, and attachment points.
• Gas connection safety features, excluding consumable parts like gas canisters.

3. What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, or cosmetic damages.
• Issues arising from misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
• Consumable items or third-party accessories.
• Damage caused by accidents, shipping mishandling after delivery, or natural disasters.

4. How to Claim

To file a warranty claim, contact our support team with:

• Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
• Photos or videos detailing the issue.

If the claim is approved, Emmer will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.
